Played in bands in Whakatane in the mid 80's Shifted to Hamilton in 1987 to further pursue a music career where there were more opportunities Played in local bands around the local club curcuit and the greater Waikato Wrote and recorded a number of my own songs Had the opportunity to co-write and record music with a friend under contract to TVNZ After quite a few years of living the life of a musician, life started to turn a corner After years of too much partying, too much drinking, too much of the night life, I suddenly found myself in what felt like a deep pit, and I was unable to get out of it! Some close friends suggested I go to a church and see if they could help. I trusted their suggestion, but normally I would not go to church because of the negative comments I would get from my lifestyle and that Church had nothing to offer me. I received some very helpful counselling from some friendly people and was impressed with it. I heard the testimony of a guy who had an after death experience, and how his life changed after returning back to life. The guy's web address is www.aglimpseofeternity.org He explained about the eternal places called Heaven and Hell, our destiny with one of them, And the work Jesus has done to protect us from one of them. I realised that I had to make a decision about my life I decided to believe in Jesus and the work he has done. I have not looked back since that day I have served at the church 'Gateway Christian Centre' Hamilton, mainly in the area's of music and video. I have written and recorded many songs now, this being my way to share with people what God has done for me and what he does for you. I do not go to church because this guarantees me anything. I go because it is where other people who have faith in God try to do their best to understand what this means for us. The Bible, our guide book, written by the hand of God, helps us find our destiny and full potential in all that we were created to do.
